As a designer, I have gained a lot of experience in animation, digitalization and education. I’m curious by nature, with a wide range of interests, particularly those related to history, culture and nature. With artistic skills coming from my background as a (3D) designer and my background in philosophy has given me a solid foundation in academic research and sharpened my critical thinking skills.

DIGITAL HERITAGE
I create detailed visualizations of how historical environments, buildings and objects might have looked. Bringing the past to life using 3D software, 3D scanning, 3D printing and Virtual Reality. My work is driven by a deep curiosity about the past and a commitment to preserving it for future generations.

ANIMATED FILMS

I have contributed to several feature films, taking on various roles such as lighting artist, character artist, retopology and UV artist, modeler, sculpter and shading artist.

SCIENTIFIC ILLUSTRATIONS
I have always been fascinated by the natural world and the power of scientific illustrations. These illustrations can play a vital role in making complex scientific knowledge accessible and engaging for a wider audience.

OTHER PROJECTS

I enjoy working on a variety of personal projects, ranging from speculative deisgn, cartoon characters and alien creatures to lifelike dinosaurs and landscapes.

COMMERCIAL WORK

I have contributed to various projects for museums, including the Glasmuseum and Paleis Het Loo, as well as for commercial clients. My work includes creating a 3D printed zootrope for a dutch team park De Efteling, several VR projects and renders for an interactive website for Cityhub.
